With any Baby Carrier one should make sure the carrier itself is safe and you are correctly positioning the child so as to maintain an open airway. If you do not feel comfortable doing certain carries do not do them or have a more experienced babywearer guide you. It is more important to learn one carry and do it well than to learn lots of carries and practice them haphazardly.
